Robust management throughout your project.

Acting as the employer's representatives, our employer's agents are highly experienced in monitoring the programme and budget of your project, whilst responding to unexpected issues and challenges that may arise. We provide a service that plans, coordinates, and manages the design, construction, and completion of processes, to ensure the project’s success. Our skills, experience and knowledge allow us to ‘get the job done’ and deliver the project for you.

We take the lead, allowing you to get on with your day-to-day business, safe in the knowledge that your project is in good hands. We take the pressure off and lead the team with our professional and personal service. We monitor brief compliance, programme adherence, and ensure financial management throughout the project.

As contract administrators, we play a crucial role in managing your contract throughout the lifecycle of the development.

Our team contains highly qualified and experienced chartered surveyors and knowledgeable project managers who consistency provide a professional, effective and personal service. We’re always happy to talk!

Pre-contract phase

Assist in the development of the client brief and outline project programme. Manage the professional team to appraise the project feasibility, site suitability and advise on outcomes.

Construction phase

Manage the professional team, chair and record site meetings, review design development and monitor the project in line with the agreed programme.

Project monitoring

At agreed intervals, we undertake progress inspections and arrange for completed works to be certified, including issuing payment notices. We implement change management processes as necessary.

Post completion

When practical completion is achieved, our employer's agents oversee defect management through to the issue of making good certificates.
